Returns Information

How to Initiate a Return for Your Order:

Should you decide to return a product from your online purchase, please notify us of your intention within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact our Customer Service team or via email at info@meadowsandbyrne.com.

In your email, provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you wish to return
  • Indicate your preferred return option

You have the option to return the item to the nearest store (locations available HERE) or post the item back to the following address:

Upon receiving your message, we will promptly respond and initiate the refund process once the item has been returned.

Return Terms & Conditions:

For a full refund, the item must be in "as new" condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for returning the item to an appropriate location.

If unable to return the product, we can arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) at a cost of €59.

Items out of packaging will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 days.

Online returns exclusions include Made to Order items, Floor models, Display models, Pillows and Bedlinen removed from their original packaging.

How to Return a Damaged Product:

In the event of a damaged product, please contact us immediately. Reach out via email at  info@meadowsandbyrne.com 

Include the following information in your communication:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the damaged/defective item
  • Photo of the damaged/defective item
  • Your preference for a refund or replacement item

We will respond promptly, and please retain the damaged/defective item until further instructions are provided. If necessary, we may request you to use An Post or DPD or dispose of the item appropriately.
